  • Cancellations and rescheduling will only be honored when making a direct request through ZTrend.com.

     

  • For all bookings, cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund or 100% future credit less credit card fees, processing fees, and applicable service fees.

     

  • Cancellations made between 29 days and 48 hours prior to the booked date are eligible for a 50% refund or 50% future credit (voucher), less credit card fees, processing fees, and applicable service fees.

     

  • All sales are final within 48 hours of the experience date.

    Vouchers

  • Those who make a direct request through ZTrend prior to the booked date may request a credit voucher.

    •  

  • Credit (vouchers) will be good for 18 months from the date of the original booking date. And you have to use the voucher by that date, not just book a new experience before then.

    •  

  • Credit (vouchers) may only be redeemed at ZTrend.com. You can use your voucher towards any experience, not just rebooking the exact same experience you canceled.

    •  

  • Credit (vouchers) are non transferable and can only be used on ZTrend.com and ZTrendshopping.comwebsite.
