    Standard Cancellation Policy
    (ZTrend's Default Policy)


  • 30+ days before the tour/experience date: Full refund (minus credit card fees, processing fees, and any applicable service charges) or 100% future credit.

  • 29 days to 48 hours before the experience date: 50% refund or 50% future credit (voucher), minus credit card fees, processing fees, and any applicable service charges.

  • Within 48 hours of the experience date: All sales are final—no refunds or credits will be issued.

  • Those who make a direct request through ZTrend prior to the booked date may request a credit voucher.

    Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the original booking date (you must use the voucher by that date, not just book before it expires). Vouchers may only be redeemed at ZTrend.com toward any experience (not limited to the original one). Vouchers are non-transferable and redeemable only on ZTrend.com and ZTrendshopping.com.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and the same time-frame rules above.

     


     



    Peek Protect Option
    (Enhanced Coverage)

    For extra flexibility, you can add Peek Protect during booking checkout (it's an optional add-on offered through our booking system).


    If you select Peek Protect:

  • Your booking is fully covered for qualifying cancellations or unexpected qualifying events that prevent you from attending (such as illness, emergencies, or other covered reasons—full details are in the Peek Protect terms provided at checkout).

  • As long as you cancel outside of 24 hours before the experience start time, you can request a full refund of the protected amount through Peek Protect (typically 100% of the booking cost covered by the protection, minus any non-covered fees).

  • Cancellations within 24 hours may have limitations depending on the specific terms, but Peek Protect often provides more leniency than the standard policy for qualifying reasons.



  • How to request a refund with Peek Protect:

  • Use the unique Peek Protect refund link included in your booking confirmation email from ZTrend/Peek.

  • Submit your request via that secure link (you can do this before the activity or up to 60 days after the date, per Peek's guidelines).

  • Provide any required details (e.g., booking reference, reason for cancellation).

  • If approved, refunds are processed directly by Peek Protect.

  • Peek Protect is not traditional insurance but a booking protection product managed by Peek through a third-party vendor. It gives you peace of mind for unexpected issues. For full terms and covered reasons, refer to the details shown at checkout or visit Peek's support site (support.peek.com).

    If you didn't purchase Peek Protect, the standard ZTrend policy above applies.
