Yes. Every tour is private except Pay What You Wish, which is a small group capped at 6.

Most private tours are 2.5–3.5 hours. Pay What You Wish is 90 minutes. All-day private is up to 5 hours. You may split the day and pause for a 30-minute refreshment or snack break.
You can add time on the day at $75/hour per group, except on Pay What You Wish.
We use walkable spots and the subway. All tours start at a Manhattan meetup point.

Yes. Private tours include a digital map so you can keep shopping after the guide leaves. A sample-sale map is included as an extra on most bookings.

Yes, and that is the better way. Direct bookings have more date flexibility, easier customization, and no third-party fee. Use the tours page or contact ZTrend.
Walking shoes, layers, and a reusable tote. Bring style photos on your phone if you have them, plus a card or cash for purchases.
Yes, on every tour except Pay What You Wish. Solo, pairs, and groups up to 6–8 are fine. Tell us the vibe: teen thrift, young-adult shops, vintage 21+, or SoHo boutiques.
It depends on the tour you book: secondhand shops, true vintage, SoHo concept shops, or a mix of lesser-known and well-known stores for young adults. You try things on. Sizes in vintage and secondhand vary; many shops run about 0–12.
You choose and buy. The guide pulls options and helps you decide. There is no pre-shop and no obligation to purchase.
Yes, if a new date and time is open, and you ask before the original start time. Send the name on the booking, the date and time, email, and phone. If the new date costs more, you pay the difference. If it costs less, the unused amount becomes a credit voucher. If no slot works, the cancellation policy applies.
Standard bookings: 30 or more days ahead, refund minus processing fees or a full credit. Less than 30 days, credit voucher only.

ZTrend can reissue a voucher to someone else if you ask. Guests cannot transfer it on their own. Valid 18 months from the original booking date, toward any ZTrend experience, on ZTrendShopping.com and ZTrend.com only.
No. Map purchases are final sale. Not refundable or transferable.
Use the Peek Protect link in your confirmation email. File the claim before the experience or up to 60 days after, per Peek’s terms. Approved refunds are paid by Peek’s provider, not ZTrend.
