Rescheduling Policy
Although we have a firm no refund policy, we also know that unexpected changes happen all the time. Whether it’s a last-minute conflict or simply realizing that your week isn’t quite going to work out the way you had planned it to. Life can be unpredictable and we are happy to offer you to reschedule your booking or provide you with a vouches to use at a later time.

Cancellations and rescheduling will only be honored when making a direct request through ZTrend.com.

For all bookings, cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund or 100% future credit less credit card fees, processing fees, and applicable service fees.

Cancellations made between 29 days and 48 hours prior to the booked date are eligible for a 50% refund or 50% future credit (voucher), less credit card fees, processing fees, and applicable service fees.

All sales are final within 48 hours of the experience date.

Additional Policies
- When purchasing an experience with cash or Zelle clients are entitled to a 20% markdown on tours when making reservations directly through ZTrend. However, this alternative cannot be applied to any presently booked experiences through another reseller and may not be combined with any other offer.
