    Cancellations + Rescheduling

  • Requests are only accepted when submitted directly through ZTrend.com.

    •  

  • 30+ days before the tour/experience date: Full refund (minus credit card fees, processing fees, and any applicable service charges) or 100% future credit.

     

  • 29 days to 48 hours before the experience date: 50% refund or 50% future credit (voucher), minus credit card fees, processing fees, and any applicable service charges.

     

  • Within 48 hours of the experience date: All sales are final—no refunds or credits will be issued.

     

    • Rescheduling is subject to availability and the same time-frame rules above.

     

     

    Vouchers

  • Those who make a direct request through ZTrend prior to the booked date may request a credit voucher.

    •  

  • Vouchers are valid for 18 months from the original booking date, and you have to use the voucher by that date, not just book a new experience before then.

    •  

  • Vouchers may only be redeemed at ZTrend.com. You can use your voucher towards any experience, not just rebooking the exact same experience you canceled.

    •  

  • Vouchers are non transferable and can only be used on ZTrend.com and ZTrendshopping.com websites.
