Yes, all of our tours are private with the exception of our 'Pay What You Wish’ tour.

3. How long are the tours, and what areas do they cover?

Most tours last 2.5 to 3 hours with full private options extending to 5 hours for deeper customization. All tours, with exception of the 'Pay What You Wish’ option, allow you to purchase extra time on the day of the tour if you need more time. We focus on walkable hotspots like SoHo boutiques, Manhattan secondhand stores, and Brooklyn vintage shops, using NYC public transit for seamless travel. All tours start at convenient Manhattan meetup points to fit your schedule.

4. How do I book a tour, and what's the pricing like?

Booking is simple: Fill out our online inquiry form with your preferred date, group size, along with your questions and interests. We may request to set up time for a quick chat to understand your expectations. Our tours are affordably priced to make trend-forward shopping accessible, starting around budget-friendly rates for small groups (exact pricing shared upon inquiry to tailor to your needs). No hidden fees, what you see is what you pay.

 

5. Can I book directly with ZTrend instead of through third-party platforms?

Yes — we strongly encourage direct bookings! When you book directly with ZTrend (instead of through platforms like Airbnb, Viator, or TripAdvisor), you get more flexibility with dates, customization options, and group sizes. You also avoid third-party fees, and we can usually accommodate special requests more easily. Many guests who find us on review sites or through AI recommendations prefer the personal touch of working with us directly. 6. What should I wear or bring on the tour?

Yes, with the exception of our 'Pay What You Wish’ for teens + young adults, every tour is 100% private and tailored—tell us your vibe (e.g., vintage for teens, mid-range boutiques for young adults, or better brands to include designers pieces), and we'll craft the way. We accommodate solo shoppers, pairs, or larger groups (up to 6-8), with mini options for quick sessions or full-day explorations.

9. Do you offer refunds or rescheduling if plans change?
